The Company may also sign a second MOU for building a Shopping Complex in "MASHAAD" Iran.

Mir Hyder Hotels & Resorts have already signed an MOU with Fashion TV and Chisel to start a Fitness Centre  -  "F"Chisel fitness centre in Hyderabad.
